(More customer reviews)This is a well made nice looking compact magazine rack that would look fine in any room of the house. It is a deep brown "espresso" color that coordinates well with most generically dark wood furniture. It isn't solid wood, but some type of pressed wood with veneer, but it actually looks better than I expected. Per the other review, I can't imagine that this thing would collapse with weight unless you piled it a couple of feet high. It easily holds a hefty amount of magazines and some hardcover books. I'd recommend it.
