(More customer reviews)This thing smells so badly of formaldehyde, or some other chemical used to preserve, why it is needed on this I have no idea. I haven't even put it up yet or put anything in it because I decided to hang it outside for a few days, or maybe a couple of weeks, in hopes of getting rid of the smell. I had originally put it in a spare bedroom in hopes it would air out there but the smell filled the house so badly that other family members were complaining and gagging over it. If I can get the smell to go away I'm sure it will be great for the intended use, but if it doesn't I'm going to have to return it.

I ordered this on December 3rd and received a few days later. When I opened the item there was an extreme chemical smell, most likely formeldahyde, that I thought would deplete over a few days of airing out. I hung it in my house the first day and it was so overwhelming that it filled the entire house and other family members complained of the smell so I hung it outside in our detached garage for a few weeks. It still smelled. I figured washing would remove the smell so I threw it in the washing machine with towels and after the first wash it still smelled with the add of the towels picking up the smell. So I washed again this time on a different setting intended to for heavy duty cleaning. Still smells. I quit! I have since had to wash the towels on a sanitary setting, high heat, high wash time twice with bleach. If the smell is not removed this time from the towels I am going to have to throw all of the towels away. I would like a refund for the product. I will not be using it. If you would like me to ship it back I will do so on your dollar, if you do not want it back I will be tossing this piece of junk in the garbage.
