From interviews with Christian heavy metal bands, to features on today's CCM stars and, on occasions, celebrations of the roots of Christian music - from Johann Sebastian Bach to The Soul Stirrers. Each magazine carries over 150 reviews and between 8 and 12 feature articles. The writing is incisive, the design eye-catching and their unerring ability to reflect the whole gamut of Christian music, rather than the narrow band of creativity which comes from Nashville, is to be applauded. As a final element, each bi-monthly issue comes with a cover mounted CD offering 19 or so tracks of new Christian music. Absolutely essential.
