(More customer reviews)I had noticed before how, given the mediocrity of American general photography magazines, a few British publications such as Practical Photography are widely available in the US, and are vastly superior to their local counterparts. Having had the opportunity to check out a couple of issues of this French magazine, I found it similar in style to Practical, with even more depth in the technical content, more useful articles and appropriate tutorials. However the expensive subscription to this magazine for the US should be reserved to those who can effectively read it in French. This is not a magazine dedicated to publishing photos, and though of course it has its share of beautifully reproduced art, news and nature pictures, I think the real value here is the written content.
