(More customer reviews)This is the most utilized cooking magazine I've ever subscribed to. I liked it so much, that I got my mom a subscription. The recipes are, in fact, simple and delicious. I was gifted a subcription to Cooking Light, but I get bogged down in all the ingredients, and therefore never use it. But in this magazine, the recipes are short, simple, utilize short-cuts, and are easy to follow. I work a full time job, and don't have a lot of time to devote to cooking. This magazine makes it easy to get home at 6:30 or 7:00 and have a great meal made in 30 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone who is busy or just likes to simplify. If you are a gourmet, then this magazine is not for you. But, if you enjoy making tasty meals with little time or effort, then this is for you.
