(More customer reviews)Its hard to honestly recommend a print magazine when there are so many really great resources online for Macs and people who work with them. However mactech offers plenty of in depth info on tools, techniques and hardware and networking that you might otherwise not catch. Its not necessarily the most of the minute info but that distance and patience means that anything they put in the mag will be something you will read and reread.
My only issue is that sometimes the ads take over the layout. One of the problems of being a print publication these days. But everyone at my work got a subscription and it has really upped our "game" and awareness of what you can do with and for Macs. Worth it if you're serious.
I should also mention that portions of issues also focus on consulting/ freelancing and what it takes to be your own boss. Always worth considering as this kind of skillset is portable but competitive.
