The magazine is aimed at the cyclist who commute, those who cycle as a family activity, those who enjoy a bike as alternative transportation, and basically everyone left out of road and mountain biking magazines. Like Dirt Rag, Bicycle Times is more for ordinary folks than the more competition oriented mags generally found on newsstands.
