That is unless you want to plan on how to build your multi-million ski cabin at Jackson Hole or plan your vacation to Aspen. Nothing touches Powder with respect to capturing the heart and soul of the powder hound. The photographs are glossy and magnificent and the stories span topics from skining across Patagonia to skiing in Lebanon to paying tribute to pioneers of the skiing community who helped build the sport.
This publication has helped feed my need for the mountains even when I found myself living in flat places over the years. The writing is superb and totally written from a perspective of someone who loves the sport not the LIFESTYLE of living in Vail or Tahoe. All sports specific publications should be this good.
