(More customer reviews)We were looking for a fully recessed TP holder to give us a little more elbow room in the toilet area. Other than Corian units costing three times as much, this was the only fully recessed option that we could find. Most recessed units have roller arms that protrude from the wall a bit. Even that was too much. This is the caulked and primed version. We custom painted it to match the existing trim, and now it looks as if it grew there. Installation was tricky because we put it into a spot that had plaster, lath, and studs in the way. It could go no where else. It took some real carpentry to do this without compromising the structure of the wall. Had it gone in an existing recessed TP Holder hole, or even between studs installation would have been a piece of cake. The fit and finish were quite good. The bevel joints of the face frame were slightly out of plane with each other, but nothing a quick hit with an orbital sander couldn't fix. I'd give it an A-.

Standard spacing of studs is 16 inches center to center, but we've handcrafted these Toilet Paper Holders to fit well within that spacing and need only 8 inches to clear. You'll find many toilet paper holders, but you can't find anything like these in a store or online except at our website. Choice of finish color.
