We have two (we have lots of recipes!)and wouldn't cook without them. The binders are attractive and durable. Ours have lasted for more than a decade so far. The divider tabs are intelligently pre-printed to separate recipes into convenient sections(appetizers, salads, pasta, etc.) and are easy to read. We've even added our own (stir-fry, leftovers, BBQ). Each recipe page is removable for easy cooking, and the clear cover sheets cover the entire page, are easy to clean and keep the recipes easy to read.
