(More customer reviews)I've used sharpening stones, those little wheels with the stone in them, the drag through metal disk sharpeners....I could only get a sharp edge with the latter of these, but it always left a torn, and scratchy blade.
This is so fantastic! It sharpens and hones the blade to the perfect edge. I sharpened everything I own and now I will take my new little tool on the road. I'm going to go to my friend's houses and my mother-in-law's and sharpen all of their knives for them.
