(More customer reviews)I have two of these recipe binders at home that I love, so I knew what I was ordering. It took quite a while to arrive and once it did, I removed the plastic wrap from the binder and the entire middle section fell out! The metal rings were somehow not connected to the book. I contacted customer service who was very nice and told me not to bother sending this back; they would just replace it with another one. I waited a while again for the replacement to come, and again, the entire middle fell out!!! At that point, I just contacted the company to get a refund. Extremely disappointing!!!
