(More customer reviews)Unless you have an absolutely square tank, it wont sit just right. Also, your toilet has to be about 4-5 inches away from the wall in order for it not to sit crooked. Product isn't made poorly, just should have been designed with a slight curve since that seems to be how most toilet backs are designed.
It does the job for now though.
