(More customer reviews)The product arrived with some scrapes. I called and they said I could try to fix it and they would credit me a 20% refund, or I could package it up & return it & await another. I elected to keep it. Then I waited an inordinate time for a refund that never came. Finally I contacted Amazon & the next day it appeared in my account. I liked the product & am very glad that I purchased it thru Amazon, otherwise I don't think the company would have done as they promised. So heads up for the magazine rack, but not for the company.
