Pros:
- Easy to assemble (Philips or flathead screwdriver needed)
- Sturdy wood construction
- Good-looking finish and styling
Cons:
- The rack is 6.75" wide on the inside bottom, with no partitions. This means that storing a magazine or large paperback on its side (spine up) isn't practical - it'll just curl and slide into the rack. The rack also isn't long enough to store two magazines side by side - there'll be some overlap.
My music books are fine stored upright since their paperback covers are sturdier than a usual magazine cover, and this has been a nice addition to our hallway. I'd definitely order it again.
