(More customer reviews)The first product I received was broken, one of the joints wasn't welded. Amazon made the return easy and quick, within a week I had a replacement.
The product does not have a template for mounting, the screws that hold the rack to the mounting bracket are very tiny and close to the wall. Very hard to get them tight. The anchors are about 1/2 inch at the end and about 1 long, they leave a big hole if you make a mistake.
Even after mounting straight and checking the top is level and bottom not so much. It's just not what I would call a high quality piece.
